"I waited for 5 hours for my initial appointment because the staff was not prepared for my appointment. The following appointments, I have waited more than 2 hours to even be checked in. The staff was extremely disrespectful when I asked about my appointment. After 2 hours of waiting they said its okay if I wait longer and I dont need to complain. I was told the Dr takes her time with her patients but the others times I was seen by her my visits were less then 10 minutes with her talking to her staff the majority of the time instead of me. "

"This is a doctor who doesn’t listen to her patients and even interrupts you in the middle of your concerns. She gets offensive and very rude. She'll talk down to you and will even walk out once she feels like ending her care with you. She tries to medically gaslight you offering explanations that do not make sense and blaming you for your condition. Her staff isn’t warm, welcoming, or helpful either. Her nurse practitioners are always changing and you never know who you’re going to see in your next appointment. Very unprofessional, uncaring, and untrustworthy. I had two doctors see my lab results and let me know she should have done something about them but she did not and let me go without a follow-up and or a resolution to my health problem."

"I would never refer this doctor to anyone. When I first started getting sick I had no idea what was wrong with me. I was referred to Gutarra my first visit he said “I hope you don’t have Scleroderma cause you’re gonna die anyway”. He also said I was lying about my pain. He is the most horrible person and should not be in the medical field. Do not see him find someone else to help you . I was forced to put a rating but a one star is being too kind he deserves nothing"
