"I cannot speak to this physician's actual service because the office staff was so rude that I didn't even stay for the appt. They called me before my appointment on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm to tell me that there was an issue with my insurance, but of course, I didn't get the message until 5pm. So I couldn't call back over the weekend because the person who called me wasn't in. My appt was 9am the next Monday morning, so I went to the appointment. Arriving early, I was informed that my insurance would not cover a consult and biopsy (if needed) in the same visit. (I later called my insurance and verified this was NOT true and would have cost me extra money.) The lady at the front desk was extremely cold and indifferent and spoke to me like I was a nuisance. I filled out my paperwork, in which they wanted me to sign something agreeing for them to keep my credit card on file. Several other parts of their paperwork struck me as different than things I'd seen in other doctor's offices as well. When I turned my paperwork back in, I asked if the credit card on file was required and they said yes. I signed and said, "I'm liking this less and less each second." I was not loud or rude or boastful about it. I just said it, and went to sit down, thinking that maybe the back office staff would be nicer than the lady at the front desk. I was then called back, taken into the physician's office, and told that I would need to find another physician. I said thank you and walked out. I would expect that the person who asked me to leave might have at least taken 1 minute to ask why I made this statement. But they didn't. They had no interest in me as a person or a patient. There were no niceties, zero introductions, nothing in the way of humanity or kindness."

He is kind, caring and compassionate for what he does as a Dr. and he saved my life back in the early 80's when I had a tubal pregnancy. Wonderful Dr., my friend. "
