"I’ve been his patient for over two years now. I normally only go twice a year, one for my yearly physical check, and maybe something else that would come up. He seems very well prepared and knowledgeable, he’s never hesitated yet he remains humble with great interpersonal skills, respectful, focused on the patient as a person, which I found to be a great quality: He listens and takes the time to address you using simple words and engages with you; I never got the feeling he was in a hurry or distracted. He genuinely seems to focus on the problem in the time with the person he has in front of him. I took one star off from the staff because they always have more and more formats to fill; in my opinion a simple “nothing has changed” or “I only need to update this” should suffice yet I have to fill more and more paperwork again every time."

"I scheduled a new patient appointment with a wait of 45 days. I called before the appointment to confirm and the customer care just cancelled had my appointment without informing me and now they say I need for wait for an another two months. The reviews may be good, but don't waste your time with this practice. The customer care abruptly hung up and never pick up call again."

"Dr. Coxsey has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. She provides excellent medical care. She diagnoses really well, is knowledgeable and keeps me informed by offering me reading material."

"I became a new patient on 1/1/2024. The experience has been terrible. I never met Dr. Cox. All my appointments were with the PA. When I call the office you are on hold for 20-30 mins. Referrals take 7-10 or more to process. On several occaisions I call the office and always placed on hold for extended amount of time. On one occasion I was so frustrated I went to the office in person to express my concerns and the office staff was sitting at the front desk having girl talk! There are too many more incidents of unprofessionlism to mention in this one review. I tried calling the office manager to express my concerns regarding lack of follow up and simple office procedures. The office manager never returned my call. Again, a sign of unacceptable medical office practice. I would NOT recommend this medical practice."

"Dr. Roberson has treated all 5 members of my family for 15+ years, young and old. He's attentative, asks lots of questions, listens to your answers and never appears to be in a hurry. Super good guy too."

She's funny, easy to talk to, and answers all my questions. Previous to seeing Dr Patel, I hadn't been to any Dr in over approximately 20 years. Now I wouldn't see anyone else.
