"First time in my life to be charged 2 visits for an annual checkup. They refused to give me the results over the phone, asked me to do a video call with the Dr for normal test results non the less, and charged me another visit just to get the results of my supposedly fully covered annual check up. Dr wouldn’t speak to me, staff said charge is correct and thats how the office runs these visits. Terrible and unethical, clearly only care about $, the rest of the Drs just have the front desk call and say ur good, see you next year FYI! maybe you need to look into that!"

"Dr. Boudreaux is very knowledgeable and thorough. He reviews my pertinent medical history during every visit. He has a great bedside manner and makes me feel very comfortable discussing my health issues during the visit and confident in any change or recommendations. The staff was kind and efficient. I did not have to wait more than 1-2 minutes!! It was gratifying to go to a Dr.’s office that is as punctual as I am. "

"This doctor's office is only out to make money. You can NEVER get in to see the doctor, only the nurse practitioner unless you want to wait for at least a week when you are SICK! One of the nurse practitioner's is completely worthless. If we would have taken her advice, my son would have a handicap for the rest of his life. Grateful that we think on our own and don't trust "experts". They INSIST on seeing you for a referral even if you were in the ER the day prior with serious injuries. They do not care about their patients, but only about a profit. The reception staff are unprofessional and rude. Steer clear of this office!!"

"Never waited less than an hour and half to get in to see a nurse, usually waited an additional 20-40 minutes after that for her to come in. she sent me all around thinking I had this huge problem, and later TWO specialists told me that was outdated information and the issue I was having did not need to be treated. I spent $300 because of what she had been telling me when in actuality I should not have done anything about it. Once she came in the room and started talking about needing to come back if something else happened, which is why I was there in the first place. She had completely forgotten. I don't trust her and I think she just cares about the money."

"I have been seeing Dr. Hinds Campa for several years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I have never had to wait very long at the office and everyone there has been very helpful. My family has seen all of the doctors in this office and have never had a problem. LD"
