Obstetricians and Gynecologists - Cedar Park, TX

"I was placed in contact with the practice at Cedar Park Regional OBGYN & Associates through an Aetna Agent to make sure they were In-network. I had had one previous pre-natal appointment as I am about 7 weeks pregnant. I stressed I was concerned about TSH and A1C levels being out of range and was told I would have to transfer medical records for them to be able to schedule an appointment for me. Cedar Park Regional OBGYN received my pre-natal file the next day. I was told Dr. Collins was not in the office that day but that she would review my file and to expect a call the next day. Three more days passed the same way; the doctor will review your file and we will call back to set up an appointment. A whole week passed and I was still not helped. I sent an email regarding the situation and received a call the NEXT WEEK from the Practice Manager and was assured I would be called back to schedule an appointment. I later received a call from the office staff stating that the doctor had a meeting THAT DAY and was told the practice would not be accepting any new patients with my due date. I waited a week and called every day just to be told a decision was made not to accept new patients. Horrible experience!"
