"I am very disappointed from their services , this was my worst decision to use as my PCP , i only seen by his Nurse practioner twice and they call you again and again to get prescription so they can charge your insurance more. Also when i complaint about their services , they sent me letter they cannot provide me services , i am Diebatic and they didnot given me prescription on time just to make their bills. Anyways i will also complain to my insurance."

"This Doctor requires your full Social Security Number on one of their New Patient Input Forms which is an unsafe Identity theft risk in 2025. I left the SSN field blank but the office staff said that it was required. I protested that I had already let them copy my Texas driver's license and Insurance ID card so they had proof of my identity, address and current insurance. They said that they needed my SSN in case they had to report non-payment to a collection agency. I declined and asked them to refund my credit card for my copay. Then I left and made an appointment with a different primary care physician."
