"Wonderful program!!! As many people with weight issues have learned, we try many solutions before we find something that works. This program is individualized and custom designed for each person. Dr. Selvaratnam worked with me to determine the best program specifically for me. She can create a program using only program foods, only grocery foods, or half and half. I found that half program/half grocery foods worked best for me. Dr. Selvaratnam also looks at all medications you are currently on before making recommendations on how to proceed. Vitals are taken at each session along with discussions of what is working and what isn’t and adjustments are made. Dr. Selvaratnam is very accessible; messages left are returned promptly. Appointments can be scheduled as often as needed. I’ve lost 155lbs since August 2019. This highly customizable program is wonderful for anyone who wants to finally succeed and achieve their goals."

"I checked into the office and the staff informed me that I had to pay $120 for my annual checkup . I am in network with Dr Van Tran and my copay is $00.00. The office staff did not see my credentials and insisted I pay before being seen by the doctor. A few months past, and I confirmed with UHC, my copay is $00.00 & UHC has paid the claim(4/9/24). I have visited the office a few more times and they have refused to credit my $120. 6/3/24 , I spoke with UHC and they have confirmed claim paid to DR Van Tran and even called the office on my behalf. To no avail, this office practice was unwilling to refund my money even though I have my EOB documentation and claim id confirmation. This office is not honest. Be wary , they do not have the best interest of the patient that they have vowed. "
