Primary Care Doctors - Burleson, TX

"We have been patients at this office for several years and completely irritated by the remarks left by previous people. Like any other office, it is staffed with humans and therefore mistakes may happen. I have experienced a few issues, but dealt with them through the doctors and nurses, and have even gone to Sandra the manager. I found them to be as frustrated as I am about certain rules or policies, but at least they follow them! I have to give credit where credit is due. I have NEVER had to wait a week to get an appointment for anything like other offices. Even our annual visits or if we are sick, they get us in. Getting my prescriptions refilled is the only area that was a problem until Virginia came along. I will also say that I can hear these girls on the phones trying to be nice and professional with someone yelling and cussing them. Those people need to go somewhere else because Dr. Hoffman is the greatest physician we have ever had! If he is booked, we have been offered to see the other providers. At first I did not like that at all. But, I finally realized that Dr. Hoffman is one person and there are always 3 or 4 others open to see. They are friendly and professional in their dress and their demeanor. When they call with results, they try and try to reach you and that is more than other offices. Some offices won't even call you with results. I am very pleased with the services and this office!! "

"Dr. Ekadi is thorough, and really takes her time. For new patients, you see her nurse practitioner first who orders and diagnostics needed, so when you see Dr. Ekadi two weeks later she has any labs or test results needed to get an accurate picture of your health. Her Nurse Practitioner Sarah is great and knowledgeable also. I wouldn't hesitate to see either of them at any time knowing I'm in great hands. I have recommended her to others who have also really loved their experiences."

"The doctor took me on as a new patient in October 2019. He was going to remove my gall bladder. After weeks of me calling and asking for a surgery date, and getting the runaround, I was finally told he no longer had an office here. His office could have notified me instead of letting me continue waiting for an answer and experiencing pain."

"This office will send orders off for incorrect test and then make every excuse in the book for the lack of accountability. I’ve had issues with this Dr and her office staff for months now. They will address every issue except for the issue you were being seen for. They retaliate against patients as well as gossip about patients inbetween appointments. "

"DANGER moms!! Unless you like to get verbally abused, go somewhere else! HORRRRIBLE office staff. Rusty, the manager, had to be brought in because we were a few minutes late (13 to be exact) from being caught in a traffic from an accident nearby. Tried to check in online & it wouldn’t send me the code. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have the staff to see me & only allow 5 minutes late time. That’s the first I’ve ever heard of that & we’ve been going here for almost 3 years. I was naturally upset since I had to take off work & while talking to Rusty about it he told me to go to urgent care if my son was “really that sick” & when I told him I was there right now, couldn’t they just fit me in, he told me to “just leave instead of standing there talking to him like an idiot”! WHAT???? I was just called an idiot by the MANAGER of this office. Worst experience EVER. Too bad the Dr.’s can’t get support staff that reflects the bedside manner because it’s usually great. I gave them another shot after being turned away last month when we got there (ON TIME) because they couldn’t be bothered to call me to tell me that they no longer take my daughter’s insurance after making an appointment for her. They simply DO NOT provide any sort of customer support. We won’t be using them again. HORRIBLE STAFF. HORRIBLE."
