Primary Care Doctors - Bulverde, TX

"Just changed my PCP due to new insurance. I have a long term back problem which required major back surgery due a previous serious injury. I aggravated this problem about two weeks ago where I could not walk. Went to the office and explained the problem. The PA spent a great deal of time with me to understand what was going on. He was courteous, polite and interested with everything I told him. I was put on a plan with exercises and some medications. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. "

"I called this practice three times in total, and only the second time was I able to talk to someone that seemed to be able to assist me; however, even if the guy that helped me was excellent, the outcome was the same, never received a phone call to schedule the interview. My third and final call was today, February 3rd, 2023, and I received the same bad customer service; the lady told me the same thing I have been hearing "I will mark this as a priority since you have been waiting for a month; someone will call you." If this is the service I get without being seen, I can't imagine the customer service provided in the office. "
