"I've been seeing Dr. Jih for my hair loss. I feel I finally have a doctor who is taking my problem seriously and offering real, concrete help. She is very knowledgeable, kind, listens, and answers your questions thoroughly. She is gentle and caring with her patients. Her staff is great. They communicated with me via email when I was abroad. The only thing that bothers me is that parking at their office site is not free. "

"I was sitting in the room waiting for doctor even a few minutes before appointment time, and he walked in at my appointment time. Dr Koshelev was interested in looking at the historical photos I had of my skin area in question, explained options (a bit quickly for me but that's often the case with doctors), suggested treatment, performed the procedure while conversing with me, and told me how to treat the area and how to follow up. Good visit. Doctor told me to book follow-up at checkout, but checkout staff didn't seem to want to book me and told me they'd call me back, so I'd rate the office and staff 4 star instead of 5."

"Terrible Dr.! I was called in 20 mins. after my appointment time, was only seen by this Dr. for about 3 mins. and was charged more than $100 for the visit. He looked at the problem area and told me nothing was wrong. Very unprofessional. Will never recommend or come back to this facility again. "
