"I went to this physician as a new patient to treat me with a list of issues including chronic illness because she is considered a specialist in her field. The receptionist Chelsea, was not rude but not kind. As I waited, I observed her same unwelcoming attitude to other patients. I was called in the back pretty promptly. The first triage nurse was very kind and personable. I was then lead to the room to meet the Dr. When Dr. Hancock entered the room, she met me with a handshake. As we discussed issues, she was also very kind and I felt comfortable to speak with. However, I had a list of health concerns I really needed to address and she replied that I had many issues and she would prefer to meet at another appointment to address all of them. I felt discouraged because I have a chronic illness that is serious and detrimental to discuss so I can proceed on the road to wellness. Dr. Hancock did address some issues with X-Rays. After X-Rays were done the MA did greet me with one prescription but the Dr. did forget about my labs, so I had to wait. I was then given my lab orders and left. Being I was the last patient to leave and the doors were locked, I realized that it explained why I was being rushed by the physician. Very discouraging. After I left, I realized that I was not given the prescription to treat another issue causing me horrible pain. (Gout) I called immediately, but nobody would answer. On Friday 2/1/2019, I called to speak to anyone that could call something in for my inflamed feet. The 1st person who answered, did not understand what I was saying, I kept telling her the issue, but for some reason she kept reading that the Dr. prescribed me vitamins and other prescriptions, which was actually the list of things I already take. I repeatedly told her, but she was completely incompetent. She then transferred me to a nurse. I was then put on hold for a few minutes. I then had to explain the entire story again to another person. She was confused and told me incorrect information. She then transferred me to another nurse. (Dr. Hancock's Nurse) What? 3 transfers and everyone is clueless? I told every transfer that Dr. Hancock was my PCP. Finally, the nurse I spoke to was kind, told me the Dr. was not there, the X-Rays have not been read and called me in something to treat my gout. However, after all of that, the wrong prescription was called in and I am still suffering in pain. This is why I am reviewing this Office with such a low rating and I wanted to provide others the opportunity to read my experience before the decision is made to receive care, or the lack of that I feel I have received."

"I brought my son to his office with a high fever of 104.5, he did a strep and flu test and both came back negative so he said it was viral and to take Tylenol and go home. 4 days later and we went to the office's walk in clinic and another doctor listened to my son's lungs for 30 seconds and said he had pneumonia and sent us to the hospital for an x-ray to confirm. I will never let Dr. Bartz care for my child ever again. If I wouldn't have had the mothers intuition to bring him back to see someone else, my son could've ended up in the hospital or worse over something he missed."
