"Dr Smith is awesome, love him! He takes the time to explain in very clear terms what is going on with your spine, what's causing the pain, and how he proposes to fix it. He is never quick to jump to surgery, providing multiple options to try to relieve the pain before resorting to surgery. My issue was with the staff - Dr Smith said he was prescribing meds but the pharmacy never received the order. When I called the office to follow-up they said they were going to need to talk to Dr Smith before getting the prescription called in. It took 2 days and 6 phone calls to the office before the pharmacy received the orders. When you're in pain like I have been, the last thing you want to worry about is prodding them to get the RX called in. They also schedule him for more appointments then he can handle - I was his last appointment of the day and he was a full hour late coming in to see me."

"I visited the office on 7/24/17, they told me the pharmacy will be calling within 24 hours to provide the medications info and the hospital will also calling for EMG test, waited for a week no one call, call back the office they did not fax my paperwork out yet, after EMG'd, I have to called the office and check on my results instead they are supposed to call and following up, the nurse wanted me to come in to see Dr kelso, I asked what is it about, how long does it take, all she said is I don't know, take off a day at work came in, he just go over the results instead of the shot's, and want to do another appointment so he can claim the insurance and my copay, Very disappointed with this Dr office, wasting money and time, not recommend."

"This guy is a quack. Told me he would repair 2 torn meniscus and end up cutting it out, putting me bone on bone, which set me up for a knee replacement , which he wanted to perform. "
