Here were my issues with her: - She did not listen to any of my concerns - Ran the wrong blood tests after I confirmed with her the correct ones - Interrogated me about my past as an abuse victim 10 years ago (way above and beyond a professional reason) - Apparently didn’t listen when I told her I was seeing a specialist for a medical condition I have, because the next day she had a nurse call me and acted like Dr. Olson discovered the medical condition herself. I put it on my new patient paperwork, so obviously I already knew about it.....and we discussed it at length in the appointment together. "

"I signed up to go see this doctor specifically because they were the closest to me. The location is a clinic. There's a host of doctors who work there so I saw some random doctor. The guy didn't seem interested in anything I had to say and then prescribed me the wrong dosage of my medication."

"I called on October 31, 2024, to schedule an appointment and provided all the required information, including my insurance details. They confirmed my appointment for November 7, 2024. However, the day before the appointment, they suddenly changed the date without any prior notice or discussion. When I called to resolve the issue, their response was vague and unhelpful. They simply told me I wasn’t scheduled for that day and advised me to "do whatever I could." Their lack of care and negligence toward the customer is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. I also urge Aetna to consider removing this hospital from their network."
