"No concerns about medical care, but many issues with billing. Office never stated they were out of network and somehow I did not catch it prior to the visit. However, it then took them 1 year to send me a bill as they filed with the wrong insurance company first, then took 6 more months to re-process it correctly. I called when I received the bill to understand what took place. It took 6 phone calls and 2 emails to finally get a response...which was a completely rude response from Louis (manager). He said "we have given you a 1 year grace period to pay the bill" - instead of owning the mistakes in filing and issuing the bill. "

"She is very smart and I feel confident about leaving my care in her hands. She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in a way that you can understand. She truly listens to you and takes her time and doesn't rush you. Her and her staff are always reachable and get back with fairly quickly. That's also a plus. The staff is awesome. They are always on top of everything and very pleasant. "

"I have been seeing this Provider for going on 2 years now. She is absolutely amazing in every single way. She is so flexible and is always willing to work with my schedule. Although she does not specialize specifically in Mental Health Disorders, she does everything in her power to address, help, and properly medicate to the best of her ability. In my honest opinion, she thoroughly listens and genuinely cares about some of my issues more than Psychiatrist does. Her doctor-patient relationship that she forms with her patients is outstanding and I could not ask for a better Provider. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. "
