"The service with Autry was horrible and we chose another counselor at another office who has been GREAT. Like a different review mentioned, the new counselor was really surprised by her level of incompetence, and those are the new counselors words that she used to describe Autry's diagnosis and recommendations. She said she normally would not comment on other providers and apologized for saying that but that Autry's analysis and treatment were so poor that it slowed my child's progress and even made her "regress". I like this ability to write reviews so that other parents and patients benefit from our experiences but asking for the date of service allows the office to determine the reviewer and therefore may make people hesitate on leaving comments. I used an incorrect date to remedy that but this site should reconsider asking that. But I am thankful for yall because this helps us parents and patients. My advise to all of y'all is to not settle for incompetence and if y'all aren't happy and aren't seeing progress, try another counselor. You will be glad you did and you owe it to yourself and your kids to try to seek the best possible help. "

"My friend was ordered by the Court to be "evaluated " to determine whether he was "fit as a parent", during divorce proceedings. The last visit was in mid December, 2023. Dr. Ciocca promised to have the report in by the first of the new year (2024). It is now the middle of May, 2024, and no report! Even the Attorney can't reach Dr. Ciocca. $3000 down the drain, no report, and visitations are still mimimal in "public areas"... I wouldn't waste my time or money on this "PROFESIONAL ""
