"I wouldn't have chosen this Aetna-MAP if I hadn't seen her in-network. I did see her IN-NETWORK when choosing a Health care plan-MAP. Presently, states she is OON. I will be talking to the support staff for an explanation. I have had Dr. Kristen Blackwell Carr as my PCP for the past 13 years, the entire time I've been in South Carolina. I chose her primarily because she is female and educated in the Northeast, same as me, as an RN. I find her very intelligent, punctual, and responsive to my concerns. She has a great staff working that have been with her for the same amount of time I have been a patient of the practice. She provides specific examples to support her opinion while maintaining privacy and respecting medical ethics. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for a new PCP. "

"This nurse practitioner lacks several things. She lacks patience, she lacks professionalism, and she lacks self-awareness. She did not listen to my actual concerns, she was dismissive and did not effectively answer most of my questions. After my appointment, she acted in a manner I have never seen from another healthcare professional. She is knowledgable but because of these issues, I would not recommend her to anyone. "
