"I have been in Dr. Norman's care for approximately eight years. Examinations are for both soft contact lenses and eyeglasses. She does not prescribe hard contacts. Her exams are thorough and address all aspects of my eye health. I have a history of retinal tear and also early stage cataract. She is very good at communicating what is going on with my eyes and any needs I may have in terms I can understand. Dr Kane is professional, skilled and personable. I highly recommend this practice."

"Ashley asked me to go again to get my power checked. Just an excuse to get more money without any care for my time that she is wasting. Front desk woman was rude, wouldn't give me another appointment, wouldn't tell me how much it would cost, gave me attitude and argued that she didn't see why I would need to get my power again. Not to mention the clinic changed my appointment to this doctor from my regular doctor at the last minute after the cancellation window had passed. The whole visit disgusted me. I wouldn't go there again even if they paid me instead of me paying them (I am guessing money is the only language they understand)."
