"She has had a referral for me since May of last year. Today I left my 32nd phone message with the answering service. Today I offered more information as to the severity of my situation. A couple of hours later, I received a call from a woman who could barely pronounce my name - it’s 4 letters! When I confirmed that I was me, she went into a whole conversation without actually stating who she was or where she was calling! I told her I’ve been calling her office since May - no one from her office called when they received referral. She stated that the office is busy. I said that I found it hard to believe since it’s impossible to make an appointment. She then said she was very busy with a patient waiting and how dare I tell her how to run her business. I asked her if she was in fact taking new patients - she said yes. I asked if she felt it was appropriate for it to take 9 months to return a call - she became belligerent and I hung up. Does her front desk team suck - yes but clearly they are learning from her."
