"I was not treated with dignity and respect. I was in severe pain and I was talked to as if I was ignorant of basic medical anatomy and was rushed out with no remedy. She never touched me, but was paid any way. I wasted $131 out of pocket and the insurance company paid the rest. I ended up at Next Level Urgent Care where they ran necessary tests, talked to me sensibly and provided care and meds to help me with the pain and recovery. When I called back to her office to let them know of my displeasure and that I had never been dismissed while in such pain, the nurse was very nonchalant and said, "Oh OK." No apology at all."
