"To be clear this is only about Dr. Romea. The rest of the office has been wonderful. He started to explain something difficult to my disabled mom who was getting a procedure done. When I began to tell him it would be helpful to explain things more simply for her he snapped his fingers at me twice. Literally lifted his hand and snapped twice in my direction. When I asked why he did that he said "no one interrupts me, ever. Ever." This was not a misunderstanding, this was not something small that I am making big. It was shocking. Knowing my mom was under his care I decided to let it go until the end of the appt. I said "snapping at me like that was unwarranted and disrespectful." He said "you'll be getting no apology from me. Off you go!" He then waved me towards the exit."
