"Dr. Walker has been my primary care physician for the past ten or eleven years. My last two annual exams with Dr. Walker have been unsatisfactory. She is always late and distracted. Two years in a row she took personal phone calls and was checking her phone for message during my exam. I suffered from Post Concussion Syndrome for a year and she never checked in on me. This past exam was the worst. She never asked me about how I was doing after my concussion and she was dismissive. Dr. Walker used to be such a good physician. I don't know what happened, but I am going elsewhere."

"I went for a first time preventive care visit in January. He only collected my medical history. Since he did not ask about any medical problems I had, I tried to bring it up myself as I am a registered nurse. He dismissed it saying that visit was only to get to know me, gave me the blood work requisition and asked me to return in five weeks to complete the visit. I went back today and the office staff asked me to pay $45 for the visit. My copay for preventive care is $0. The office had billed my initial visit as preventive care and according to them, this is a follow up. This was not mentioned to me during my initial visit. Upon clarification with him, he stated in my presence that "she can find another doctor" and walked away. He did not have the professional courtesy to either acknowledge me or to explain the situation. In my opinion, he and his staff are rude and have no compassion towards the patient. I would not recommend him to anybody."
