"I was referred to Dr. Srivastav after being recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, when the ultrasound of my thyroid gland showed an abnormal nodule. I did have to reach out to the scheduling department, as I hadn't heard anything from them after my primary care office had sent the referral information. The office staff were efficient at getting me set up for an appointment, and handling the new patient process. When I arrived for the appointment I was taken back right on time, and was only in the exam room for a minute after the nurse had taken my vitals before Dr. Srivastav came in. She's soft-spoken and incredibly thorough. As a new patient I felt very confident in the care I received."
