"Dr. Ryan Landefeld has been my wife's and my PCP for the past 19 years and has been outstanding and exemplary in so many ways when it has come to managing our healthcare. He is always friendly, well-mannered, patient, and actually takes whatever time is necessary to listen to our concerns and needs. His caring is very real and sincere. His gentle approach is always pleasant though he will confront you with issues as necessary. He has always been very thorough with his assessments and if he is uncertain as to which course of action to take, he will suggest a referral as necessary to attempt to seek the proper care. I am also a hospital pharmacist and have the opportunity to work with many physicians and I will certainly say that Dr. Landefeld's overall medical knowledge and skills are exemplary. We were grateful that he is in our network even though we moved 45 miles from his location so that we can continue with his medical care as our PCP. I would also comment that I only wish that more physicians would be as caring and professional as my wife and I have experienced over many years with Dr. Landefeld."

"The doctor that I have went to for more than 20 years, closed his practice and my records ended up with Dr Cole. In January of 2019, I needed a refill on my current prescriptions. I called and was refused a refill until Dr Cole could see me. The appointment was set for 2 weeks later. I had informed them that I would be out of medications and without any for a week by the time my appointment would take place. They still would not refill my scripts. The day the appointment was to take place, they called and cancelled saying the Dr would not be in that day. I reminded them I was out of meds! The said they would see me the following week. He seemed nice and attentive at that first appointment. The staff was not friendly or professional. When the bill came, I was extremely surprised to see the amount I was charged for "a first" appointment. Remember, I was only there for refills and not sick. Nothing was done at this appointment. We talked for about 10 minutes. $183 was the bill! My insurance suggested rate was accepted by Northwestern Physicians taking it down to $94.53. Still a lot more that I had anticipated!!!! I was told to come back in May for a re-check (re-check for what??? ) That was when my pills needed another refill, so that appointment, that we again did nothing at, cost me out of pocket $63 down from $150 that was the original charge before insurance suggested rate. For a REFILL! Since then, each time i needed a refill and called for it, the pharmacy or myself had to call numerous times to get that done. I would end up completely out of meds for a week or more. (by the way, the medication is for my thyroid! nothing that could or would be abused!) I am looking for a new doctor."

"It seemed like a nice enough place, but they scheduled me out 2 months away when I was desperate to get referred from them to some specialists. When my alarm for the date and time was accidentally set for am instead of pm and I missed my appointment, they told me I was never allowed to reschedule with them because missing an appointment amounts to unforgivable sin. They are unhelpful, unapologetic, and stick to that policy even if you really need help."
