Primary Care Doctors - Lansdowne, PA

"I work and attend school during the day into the evening, so if I have to contact a doctor's office or something alike, I usually call when I am free, sometimes around dinner, and if need be I leave a voicemail so that I can be contacted later, but I try to call during open hours. After switching insurance providers and being given Bernadine Lewis's name and number, I intended to do the same, did my research but found no operating hours, so I called around 7pm with the mindset of probably needing to leave a voicemail. Ms. Lewis then answered and began interrogating me on why I was calling so late, but without giving me time to answer her questions. She did not believe that I was trying to make an appointment or speak to a health professional and insinuated that I worked for the health insurance company for some odd reason. I have honestly never had such a bad experience with someone who claimed to be a health professional or care about the health of other people at all in my life. The majority of my close family works in medicine and this woman is a disgrace to their careers. A physician's assistant who can make a patient feel worse just over the phone."
