Dermatologists - Langhorne, PA

"I will start with, staff is in and out of this place like a revolving door. Ascetically, the place is nice and sterile looking. However, the Docs there and assistants are very dismissive. As a person who suffers from melanoma, I take it seriously and look forward to follow ups to make sure there is nothing serious going on. I also suffer from psoriasis as well that can flare up at any given time. My fist appointment with another doctor made me feel like I was an inconvenience to be there. she was seeing multiple patients during my appointment. After the normal body check etc she left and never came back. Never said goodbye nothing. I got dressed and went to front and they said I needed to schedule for a follow up procedure........ I wondered for what (I was told a skin check ) so a few weeks later I came back and when I was taken into the room there was a table with a scalpel and needles. I thought the worse. Was told it was routine to remove a mole and biopsy it. Long of the short I demanded Dr. Kincaid who came in and explained it was procedure and they would send it out to follow up after results came in. Dr. Kincaid removed it and asked that I schedule an appointment for 2 weeks to come back and review results. She canceled 24 hours before the appointment because she forgot she had vacation. So I rescheduled again. I got a call 3 days prior to appointment and this one was cancelled again. Now they are sending me bills for a missed appointment. This place is a joke. 2 years later and I still don't know what the results were they wont talk to me until I pay the bill they keep sending me. "
