"Dr Lily is a DO - my preference due to the feet-on-the-ground practical approach I get from a DO. A DO is also not afraid to hear and include approval for natural alternative approaches to body care issues. He cares that positive improvement is happening. He does not often bring up the past; he lets me come in and present what I want help with at this time. He was pro active in asking in-depth questions at the one-time Medicare review appt to get a baseline of info on my file. The nursing staff are quit pro-active in getting down info re my issues and needs prior to the doctor or P.A. coming in to see me. I can feel confused often by the office staff; I think I may not come often enough to understand their routine system they seem to have. They are generally helpful and at times even thoroughly communicative with details needed by me."
