"During this review I will try to summarize this as short as I can with key information. My experience of Dr Kratz should be known to single out others that may have had similar experience. I had initially switched to this doctor in means of insurance purposes and distance. Where can I begin... I will first say that the staff behind the counter where very nice and no problems there...As for Dr.Leo Kratz he is above all the worst most terrible performance/care provider I have ever single handily dealt with ever in the length of my life and I mean terrible. Any chance I can get to slam this fool for his lousy under performing atrocious so called care providing practices I will do above and beyond.Upon many other things I encountered during my visit I will highlight the impeccable distastefulness I encountered with my visit. Dr Kratz did not once look at me at all in the entire swift rushed appointment.How can you not look at your patient one time during a visit. Keep in mind this was my first time ever going to this place. How can you trust someone that wont look at you anyway.. Thats besides the fact that he rushed the entire appointment and did NOT listen to anything I had to say about why I was even there. This man is a joke. I came in with personal medical issues expecting to receive some sort of treatment in the obviousness. I personally dont know what he did the whole time during the appointment , it was just me talking about my medical issues. I believe he Dr Kratz said two words the whole time and starred into paperwork in a dumbfound daydream. The two words Dr kratz said I was unable to understand at all if they even was words. Anyway in the middle of the appointment he just got up and left me in the room for 1.5 hours alone until a person that works there came back to question my existence in the ghostly room. After that she explained she was so sorry which is not her fault I understand completely totally unacceptable. After that I left and now any chance I can I will tell people about my experience, come to find out Dr Kratz is famous for this. Also may I add that fuels my fire, really grinds my gears and lights my fuse is the fact that I had medical issues that have advanced and gotten worse because of his ignorance entirely he is a failure of a care provider and should be striped of his license.The advancement of medical problems because of a care providers lack of performance is extremely unacceptable. Well span Health is a great but a cancer better known as Dr Kratz is among plaguing the well-span Herrs ridge facility and must be discarded removed.Please stay away from this facility until this man is gone. You think I wrote this for my well being listen to me this is your warning stay away at all costs."
