Internists - Charleroi, PA

"I forgot to bring cash and Dr.'s wife who runs the counter points her finger in my face and says you knew on the phone we don't take credit/debit cards. Made me go up the street to the convenience store to get cash which I did and set it down on the window counter for her. Points her finger in my face again and says, You pick that up and hand it to me! I told her no you can pick it up. I stated if the office is this bad, I'm concerned about the care I might be receiving. She states you can cancel your appt. Then goes to her husband, Dr. Shah and he comes out and tells me to come back there, because he doesn't want anyone in the hall to hear, and puts his finger in my face and says did you forget your cash? I said yes I did. He then says, you apologize to her then for forgetting your money! I said she needs to apologize to me for being so rude. They also refused to give me a professional receipt - showed my some worn out photo copied letterhead scribbled by hand show $45. My FSA would never have accepted that and when I tried to explain that to them they both talked over me and he waved his hand in my face and so ohhh so you don't have any money (mocking me) I have never seen such an unprofessional practice. I got my money back and left - They have no business practicing medicine with that behavior. They were both wearing N95 masks that were blue with a white outer edging that was dirty. They have no negative stars to check - I would give them -100 if I could. "
