"We worked with this doctor for almost a year, until a situation she put us in, lead us to change providers. This doctor had the opportunity to be an advocate for our child, she gave us a recommendation for his care, which we followed, then did a complete 180 on her advice after we had committed to her recommendation. This caused great grief and distress to our family. She based this reversal without any effort or due diligence, without utilizing any resources with other specialists which offered professional consultation in order to educate herself. She tried justifying her rationale with illegitimate and factless reasons, which ultimately put her patient, our child at greater risk. Thankfully, we were supported by others from our child's medical team, with a very successful outcome. We do not recommend this doctor if you hope for someone to go to the lengths to be an advocate for your child. A position we believe great doctors live up to, Schrauben does not. "
