"I contacted Kathryn regarding scheduling an urgent appointment as a new client. We scheduled the appointment and, the morning of my appointment day, she had to cancel due to being sick. No problem. I quickly responded asking what her next availability would be. She didn’t respond until 4 days later. Again, when I scheduled with her in the first place, I told her it was urgent. The lack of communication and sense of urgency in her care was very discouraging and disappointing. I ended up scheduling with another counselor and had already seen her by the time Kathryn got back to me. Poor, poor experience. "

"I sessioned with Theresa from November 2022- April 2023 She dropped me abruptly with out discussion of why prior to ending our therapy contract. She also did not give me anytime to seek services through another therapist prior to ending our relationship. She did so a day before a very stressful (scheduled) event that she had been made aware of multiple times. I found her while I was very vulnerable and she was quick to jump on an opportunity to session with me, I don’t believe she truly wanted to help me. "
