"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Ivanka Vassileva. As a new patient, I faced numerous issues, including never receiving a password to access my patient account despite multiple attempts to resolve it. When I was forced to attend to urgent family matters out of state, I returned home to find a letter stating she was withdrawing from my care, claiming "much consideration" had been given—despite our limited interaction. The lack of empathy, flexibility, and understanding she demonstrated is appalling, especially for someone in a position of care. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate or patient-centered medical support"
