"This site made me put a date of service to continue but there never was a first appointment! She demanded a bunch of my personal information and pics of my insur card and driver's license which i was told to not send electronically by security serv because someone hacked one of my accts, but that was the only way she would see me and I needed help right away, so i sent. Her profile stated in office and telephone appts but i wanted in office...but apparently she doesn't have an office which i found out during the free 15 min consult. She emailed me tons of paperwork to fill out for assessment which overwhelmed me more than i already was. The questions asked, most therapist just ask and then they write their notes...but i did the work of filling out everything and then had to take individual pics of each page, send each page to my computer and then email it to her which took alot of time because it was more than just a few pages. I expressed anxiety regarding sending all this personal info electronically to someone I don't know and haven't even seen before sending..then i send everything requested and NOTHING! NO CALL BACK NOR EMAIL RESPONSE! I emailed her and left a message and she never reaponded to tell me it was ok to continue and schedule an appt which during the free consult stated was her process after reviewing the documents. I wasted time and energy that she was informed I have very little of and gave my personal information to a stranger, all to be ignored and not receive the therapy that I desperately need right now. It has been well over a month and maybe even 2 months since I sent everything to her. Now I have even more anxiety because I had to send someone I don't know my personal information and don't know what she is doing with it. I had to look for a new therapist after wasting all that time! I do not reccomend this therapist"
