"I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Naples!!!! He is THE BEST doctor, period, that I have EVER had!!! Very kind and caring. Went above and beyond to make sure I received the care I needed! I have, unfortunately been away for a few years because my insurance changed and he was no longer in-network. I actually would have stayed with him and paid out-of-pocket if I could have afforded it! He is that good! I am so happy that with my insurance now he is back in-network! "

"Out of all of the OB's in the Wadsworth/medina area, please do not go to Dr. Shannan Ross unless you like someone who is rude, talks down to you, has no bedside manner and will make you cry or feel bad during your pregnancy. Every woman deserves to go to a nice dr since you are paying for it, and I regret going to her! Unfortunately at the medina and wadsworth location you can't pick and choose who you want to see and you have to end up seeing them all at one point or another because they over book their appointments and out of the 4 OB's (Bellante, Ross, Gaich, Foote) Shannan Ross is the worst one!! I have heard other people say the same things about her and she should NOT be practicing with her bad attitude. There is no reason to act the way she does. You should feel comfortable with your OB, not feel scrutinized. Just trust me, you don't want her as an OB!!! "
