"The office kept scheduling me for times when the doctor hadn't even come to work yet. She frequently left me alone in her office while she ate her lunch. Her bedside manner was terrible, and asked me person questions in disgust insinuating I shouldn't get a breast reduction for personal reasons, nothing health related. She asked me how much I was spending to do this as well. She needed to fax a letter to the operating doctor to show I was in good health, and failed to do so. The surgeon and myself called numerous times, for several days, and the calls were being ignored. When I went in person, several times, stating that they needed to fax the letter, they said they did. The awaiting office confirmed that they had not. The office finally faxed it the morning before the surgery, nearly 3 weeks after we had originally asked. Vijay had advised me that several mental health-related issues would just go away. I always felt incredibly rushed and that she had little room to see people."
