"This was one of my worst experiences in healthcare. I expressed deep concerns about my blurry vision and my previous RX not being strong enough. He dismissed my concerns and told me he can’t do much so just bare with him. During the exam I told him the options still weren’t as clear as they should be and used to be. He responded “well those are your eyes, nothing i can do about them.” His response was extremely unprofessional and didn’t acknowledge my concerns. As someone who has worn contacts and glasses for over 20 years I am very familiar with how an eye exam should go. He handed me a RX paper and pushed me out the door without answering my questions about contacts versus glasses and ordering. I will not be returning to him ever again, and considering if i should go to a different provider to redo my exam because I am not confident with the accuracy of his exam. It was a get in and get out appointment in under 10 minutes. As a healthcare provider myself I understand the pressure to get to every patient but this was just unacceptable for patient care."
