"As anyone who has waited to see a specialist knows, you typically have to wait months. I did. I arrived 15 minutes early for my video visit, as instructed. The camera wouldn't work on my end and he refused to carry on with audio only, so I asked if I could quickly switch to another device. He agreed, but he already knew he had no intentions of continuing the video appointment because not three minutes later his office was calling to tell me (still well BEFORE my actual scheduled appt. time) that he was cancelling. I don't know if he had somewhere more important to be or if he is trying to establish that video visits "don't work" but this was beyond unacceptable. It was like being in a waiting room, having the doctor tell you he will be right with you, then scurrying off and having his staff tell you he left. What kind of doctor does something like this?"
