I “connected” with her immediately and her insight into my various challenges was both inspiring and liberating. I benefitted immensely from our sessions and overcame many obstacles. "I've been seeing Dr. Flaschen about once a month for a few years now and he has provided exceptional care throughout. He primarily provides treatment for my bipolar disorder and ADHD, but he will do his best to help with whatever mental hurdles I'm struggling with. The most exceptional aspect of my experience with Dr. Flaschen is that he respects my input on my mental health, which is unfortunately a major difference from most other psychiatrists I've worked with (4 others). He will explain my options and what to hope for + look out for with each, at whatever level of complexity that I'd like for life implications and/or medical terminology, and allow me to voice my thoughts on what we decide to try out. He is open minded to many treatment options, he doesn't put me in a box of irresponsible mentally ill people who can't be trusted. He is a very caring individual, there is no question that he truly wishes the best for me and isn't simply cashing in a paycheck from our appointments. He takes notes on the major parts of my personal life and asks follow up questions on them. Although he primarily offers medicine-related guidance, we have a good balance of discussing my personal life and my symptoms that makes me feel respected and understood as a person and not just a patient. He provides services online since the pandemic and I believe intends to continue to do so from now on, so I've omitted the office and staff review. The system for scheduling appointments is online and convenient, and as an established patient it is uncommon to need to wait more than a week for an open time. I docked a star for punctuality because the appointments are only 25 minutes long and he can be 5-10 minutes late at times, but it's certainly no horror story of waiting an hour or more in an office to see a doctor. It's best to come to appointments with an idea of what you'd like to say and what changes you might like to make, but at least personally I don't feel that the appointments are too short if I come prepared. Overall I have a lot of respect for Dr. Flaschen and feel lucky to be a patient of his. I would highly recommend him and have even recommended him to a personal friend before, who has also been seeing him for years now."

"Called Dr. Greene's office with the intention to find help, but was met with nothing but content. While they may have misunderstood my problem, it's deeply troubling that both Dr. Greene and his assistant felt they could behave the way they did. Left the call feeling offended, especially by Dr. Greene's snarky attitude and derogatory comments. "

"He was not helpful. By the 3rd visit forgot why I came to him. Which means he had no intention to help. I found him offensive and ignorant beyond belief. "
