"I took my son to the Uhs walkin where Michael Hayes just happened to be the doctor working that day. This man stated to me that he still had baby gates up for his nine-year-old daughter. When I asked him isn't that a little overprotective? He told me that I had a nervous problem, and I needed to be quiet and sit down. He also told me he put all his weight on my son; and I was to sit there and let him do his job. I heard a crack and My son screamed for me. I told Micheal that was enough. He broke my son's clavicle bone and had refused to do any x-rays. He told me my son just had a contusion of the arm and he'd be better in a couple of days. "If you don't believe me you can wait and waste people's time at the er" he told me. Why would you put all of your weight on a 2 year old? I asked. His answer - it was part of the exam. Don't use this man!!! He does not deserve his license to practice medicine!!! Just so everyone knows the review system makes you give the person Stars he doesn't deserve any; nor a job!!!"

"Was the on-call doctor when a urgent matter needed some clarification, unfortunately this woman had no understanding what was being asked, instead was extremely rude to office staff and myself (parent of patient). UHS pediatric should reevaluate this Doctor. "
