"I arrived 20 min early for my appointment and was seen 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The staff was of limited help to explain the wait and were using their personal cell phones while behind desk. When I was finally seen by Dr. Barr, introductions were limited and when going over my initial health profile Dr. Barr asked me suggestive questions. I did not feel my questions were taken seriously or answered in a knowledgeable manner. Because of covid restrictions I asked if it was alright if we have a phone call with my husband so he can ask his questions as well. Dr Barr had obvious limited patience for this and was again unclear when providing “answers” to our questions. Even after two calls into the office after my appointment, her staff did not get back to me with my results as well as information for my insurance. This was the most unprofessional dr’s visit I have ever had and I felt extremely disrespected as a patient seeking help and answers. Extremely upsetting, waste of time and expensive. "

"The doctor was an hour late on the first visit. I could hear her happily describing to her peers loudly outside about her week end before entering the room when I have been waiting for a while. No urgency or respect for people's time. This doctor is careless and does not even care about any concerns that you express to her. She just gives you a big fake smile and tell you to come back for a follow up. I never felt like this was a safe space for care because the doctor is so nonchalant. Her office is also very disorganized. They sent me a bill and told me two different stories when I called to understand what the bill was for, made me call the insurance just to go around in circles. It's a money hungry office, the priority does not seem to be patient care at all. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this doctor to anyone."
