"My partner went to this provider for therapy over phone for some months. My partner's insurance isn't fast enough to reimburse a weekly session, and when my partner proposed a biweekly schedule, she was met with resistance from this provider, who recommended continuing weekly sessions. When she decided to switch to biweekly, she was force charged multiple times for the remaining sessions. This shows that the provider is not trustworthy. The provider did not say they would do this and it completely broke her trust, so she is not continuing with this provider."
