"I have been seeing Dr Sanders for 2 years now. True, he is very busy and sometimes it takes a month to schedule an appointment to see him. However, please realize that's because he's very good at what he does and also takes almost all types of insurance. Other dermatologists don't take the same amount that he does. You can verify that on your own. When you meet with Dr. Sanders he takes the time to tend to your needs and is very thorough in his exam and procedures. He now has another physician which helps with the work load. My son has seen Dr Iyer Shilesh in this same office, as his schedule worked out better for him. He too was wonderful. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Sanders Dermatology. "

"I had an appointment for a procedure scheduled, and I had a medical question to ask beforehand. The Dr. refused to answer the question, and said she would only discuss it via an in person appointment. No thanks. I’ll go to a doctor that can take 2 minutes out of their day to call me to answer a question. Thankfully this wasn’t a post op question. - Hard pass on this doctor."

""My experience was horrific. Dr. Chen was rushed, was unaware of past history and why I was there. When attempting to talk to her, she became annoyed, rushed the exam, which made it unnecessarily painful because she was rough. She became impatient and claimed she could not complete the exam and asked why I didn't go to a doctor closer to me (I traveled to PA from NY to get an earlier appt because this was a biopsy to rule out cancer). She left without closing the exam room door to the hallway, which I had put myself together enough so I could close it. I now have to wait 6 weeks to get a biopsy from another doctor. Same exam she should have completed. This doctor is not up to Guthrie standards at all. " "
