"I'm a young guy with relatively few health problems. All I needed was a physical. I had been calling to set up an appointment for several weeks leaving voice mails with no return calls. When I had finally had enough I had to clog their phone line with repeated calls for 30 minutes before someone answered the phone. The person answered in annoyance. Annoyance! How dare a patient try to call and set up an appointment! When I expressed my displeasure of how hard it was to get in contact with them, I was immediately put on hold to teach me a lesson on who is charge. This will be my last visit because I would not want to deal with this team if I had an actual medical concern that needed some professionalism and standards. Dr. Boxer himself is a good enough doctor, but getting to him through the gatekeepers is a nightmare."
