"After being told that they were taking new patients, and after calling my insurance company to list them as my dentist, I got an appointment a month and a half away. Just to be contacted 2 days before my appointment, which was supposed to be 12/08/16, and be told they made a mistake and weren't taking new patients, and that if I came in, I would have to pay out of pocket. Very unprofessional."

"Firstly they stated they do not take my insurance, however they bill the company and insurance site states they do accept them and pay. Secondly they bill my insurance company for procedures not done. Thirdly they schedule my for a appoinment and when i show up they never did a confirmation call the day before and never had me for that day. Last time i go here."
