"I saw Dr. Thomas for my yearly physical examination. Her office made sure that I had my baseline lab test done about a week before my physical examination that we could go over the lab results as part of my appointment with the doctor. The check-in was quick and simple; after a short wait, I was staged in the exam room and staff accomplished the base measurements. I came to the appointment with my list of questions written. Dr. Thomas is bubbly, fashionable, and a professional. She entered the exam room with a warm greeting and she took time to connect. I knew that as my doctor she cared about me, my health, and overall well-being. She updated some historical information and we discussed my issues. She completed the physical examination, and we discussed my lab results and list of questions. Most of all, we developed a game plan of next steps. My check-out documents included a reminder of the next steps that they may not be forgotten. I left the appointment thinking that was a great experience. I am glad Dr. Thomas is my doctor. My wife added that she is glad Dr. Thomas is her doctor, also."
