Family Medicine practitioners - Chili, NY

"I've been using Rachel Forberg as my primary care giver for appoximately 2 years now. As a middle aged woman, beyond my child birthing years, but not quite a senior, there doesn't seem to be anyone in the medical field who is really concerned about your well being. I do not have any major medical or health issues, however, I do know my body and mind are changing. I feel little aches and pains, maintaining mental and physical health is becoming a big priority. I actually have an annual physical with Rachel for the past 2 years. I have not had annual physicals from a general practioner since I was a child. She spends the time to listen to each concern I have and addresses them completely. And if she's unsure, she finds me the answer. Since begining to see her a little over 2 years ago, my physical and mental health have improved due to her recommendations and assistance in helping me care for myself. I always feel valued and heard. I am never rushed or made to feel as though I'm crazy, like I've felt with other medical professionals over the years. My life is definitely enriched since I've been using Churchville Family Medicine and Rachel Forberg."
