"The most inconsiderate and unprofessional medical practice I've ever seen. Cancelled three appointments for consultations with no explanation, one without notice. So, I visited his office unnecessarily. No apology offered for inconveniencing me. It is impossible to reach the office by telephone due to constantly high call volume. My numerous calls were transferred to the answering service, but I did not receive a return call to a single message Now, two months since I first contacted Dr. Mandel my problem remains unresolved. My anger and frustration with this physician are off the charts."

"Dr. Andaz is an amazing oncology surgeon. Her and Dr. Gayle performed my bilateral mastectomy surgery with reconstruction. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable around her.
