"After getting the worst possible service at a local hospital for my child's 1st, post-birth check-up. Dove Pediatrics was recommended to me for her 2nd visit. Getting an appointment for a newborn visit was quick and easy. Upon my arrival, I was directed to a private exam room, where I filled out necessary paperwork. After that I was introduced to the PA & Dr. Jackson. As a new mother, I was worried about EVERYTHING and had so many questions, but they both put me at ease explaining what the were doing and why they were doing it. I cried more than she did when she got het shots, but by the 2nd time, I was the only one teary-eyed. Keep in mind, this was all during COVID, so my anxiety level was high, but the entire staff made me feel so at ease, I knew I could trust this team with my daughters health. 3 years later, we're still together. Every visit ends with a book being given to the child and smiling, happy faces all around. What child is happy going to a doctor's office? Mine, because she knows she'll be ok."
