"Dr. Ma is a great doctor, she cares for her patients. Although, she was late for our appointment, she didn't rush our appointment when she got to the office. She took time to listen to me and answer all my questions and explained everything."

"I just saw Dr. Lahar at Valley Oaks/Astrana Care in Las Vegas, NV and also saw him at a previous office my original doctor was treating at. He was a breathe of fresh air and I (and my entire family) decided to move with him to Valley Oaks/Astrana Care. I highly recommend Dr Vikas Lahar and his new practice is also lovely, the staff are friendly and professional and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable."

"Very friendly and caring personality. The office staff were also equally as friendly and professional. Doctor Saloum was very thorough and asked many questions about what occurred and how I felt. You could tell that he was trying very hard to figure out what could have caused my symptoms. He was very patient as I asked him questions and made sure on multiple occasions that all of my questions were answered. I am very glad that I found this doctor and I personally feel that he is taking my health very serious."

"While Dr. Maria is an excellent doctor, her staff is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have been going to Dr. Maria for 3 years, but can no longer tolerate the incompetence & uncaring manner of the office staff. No matter how many times I call,. I cannot get through to refill my prescriptions, make an appointment or for any other clinical matter. After waiting on the automated phone for at least 15 minutes & then leave a message as suggested, THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS! Even though the pharmacist calls or faxes prescription requests, the office staff NEVER RESPONDS to them. It is unfortunate for myself or any patient who needs prescriptions and cannot get them in a timely manner. This situation is very frustrating as well as aggravating to try to deal with the incompetency of the unprofessional office staff. In my 60 years of dealing with doctors, this office staff is DEFINITELY THE WORST. And it is a shame for this wonderful doctor as I am sure she must lose a number of patients due to the inability of the office staff."

"I have been a patient of Cal Noorda's for over 25 years. I've recently become frustrated with his poor customer service. It often requires several phone calls and many minutes on hold to get a prescription renewed (which is often because he only writes three month prescriptions), and frankly I have better things to do with my time. He also fails to remember important risk factors on my watch list such as my past exposure to asbestos, for which I'm supposed to get an annual x-ray. He leaves it to me to remind him to write the Rx instead of utilizing appropriate computer tools to stay on top of my health concerns. I'm pretty healthy, so all he really has to do to make me happy is to refill my prescriptions on time and seem like he's on top of my health situation, both of which he has failed to do to my satisfaction. His language and interpersonal skills are good, but his and his office's customer service are poor (think 1970s era car dealership). And if I have a serious health condition he refers me to a specialist anyway, so customer service should be his primary "brand differentiator". Every minute I wait on hold with his office I spend thinking about switching doctors. "

"I waited four months for an appointment and they canceled it the day of because I wasn't going to pay them an extra $200 when my insurance told the office and me I only pay a $50 copay. This pace is the worst I should've looked at the reviews because so many people had the same thing don't waste your time just to get robbed. "

"Dr Wong, makes opinions, does not let you talk or ask questions. She acts bothered by my appointments. She is not a dermatologist, her words but she give diagnosis. Ive had psoriasis for years, yet she tells me that I don't. When you try and say anything she cuts you off. All the visits are the samething, squeexe my wrisits, fingers and so on. You have joint pain without swelling. I will not see her anymore, she has a poor attitude for a doctor."
