"The doctor really listens and pays attention to what you say. I don’t feel rushed and I’m allowed to ask questions and get answers. Good bedside manner, wish is hard to find these days."

"This doctor will lie to you about medicine and will also change the amount and frequency of longtime medicines given to you without telling you in person. The staff is combative and unprofessional as well. Find someone else if you want professional care and surroundings. Might have been good at one time but look at the dates of the previous reviews. Something happened and isn't at all like the previous reviews I read before seeing her. "

"I arrived at Sunrise Hospital on a gurney 03 Apr 2019 and left 09 ay 2017 walking out. I had medical insurance but with no PCP. So I guess I was assigned Dr. Asafo by the admissions staff because the day after I woke up from emergency surgery I remember Dr. Asafo came in to talk to me. For a month, even on weekends (!), he was walking into my room at 6:30 AM to visit, see how I was doing, and give me updates. What other PCP see's you on the weekends without charge? I really appreciated this. What I want to say is if Dr. Asafo is behind schedule maybe he spent some extra time visiting his emergency patients? I didn't rate his office and staff because I haven't been there yet. But considering that he is already conversant with my medical history I am going to ask him to my PCP. I'll let you all know. After all these are old reviews from 2012 & 2014."

"I have been coming here for 11 years. Onyx is by far one of the best Practitioners I have seen, and I'm lucky to have found her. She is not just knowledgeable and a ongoing educational trainer, but has the answers to my health questions. When it comes to my health, Onyx does not guess like most, but knows and understands exactly what's needed for me. "

"I chose Dr. Bibi as my primary when I moved in to Las Vegas a couple of years ago. I did not have problem seeing the Dr. the first time. She is part of the UMC providers that Medicare list. As I stayed with Dr. Bibi and tried to communicate with her at the Nellis office, I started getting no responses on messages. I have to leave a call back phone to call me back on any medical or non medical inquiries. It comes to this point that I have to repeatedly leave a phone call back to get answers. I have pending inquiries that up to now are unanswered. As we get older and pro-active in our health, I tried to manage my doctor's visit to prioritize what is urgent or not. She is a decent practioner but the office environment she is in has very poor management/response. I don't know how current and previous patients rate her service as 5stars. Service includes the doctor's response, her diagnoses, the staff and interaction. I can not agree to give her service a 5 star. It may not be her fault but the overall review reflects on how a patient gauges her services. I am contemplating on finding another provider but the selection of providers here in Las Vegas sucks compared to Los Angeles/Orange County areas."
