"I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from skin around my left eye and I was scheduled for surgery the next day to repair the damage. The doctor scheduled to do this was not available for personal reasons and Dr. Leibowitz was contacted and agreed to see me and two days later scheduled the surgery. My family and I were so relived to have someone do this as we had been told we might have to go to UCLA.. We were so pleased with the results and the fantastic work that he accomplished. We highly recommend him. "

"Went in for a consult to get my tonsils out. Due to many issues with having them in. Dr. Kim then referred me to the place where they would do the surgery as it would not be him. Once the office sent over the referral to schedule surgery I was told that since it was a new office and new doctor I would need a whole new consult and the referral that was sent doesn’t mean anything. So I went to see Dr.Kim for no reason apparently "

"As a new patient, one enters a full office full of patients. There is a sign on the door which says 2 hour wait is expected plus the with the number of patients waiting, it seems this practice has a tendency to overbook like airline flights. I never got to see Dr Nasri, even after one hour plus of waiting as I had to pick up my grandaughter. I wish that 2 hour sign of theirs should be on the AETNA site where I sourced his practice thus I would be forewarned. Its not very professional, even with all those certificates and accolades on the wall from various medical journals, its not considerate or professional to keep patients with fixed appointments waiting for more than an hour."

"Doc Harry has been nothing but professional! His bedside manner is impeccable. I trust this doctor implicitly! This is a difficult procedure in terms of recovery-unless you don't have a problem breathing through your mouth EXCLUSIVELY for 7 days. Harry's staff is efficient and courteous, and I personally have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen. Office is immaculate."

"I was referred to Dr. Lomax by my primary care office called me and set up an appointment for next Tuesday, May 23. This was their first available appointment and I had to wait 3 months, I received a voice mail from Jenny in Dr. Lomax office this past Tuesday, May 16 (one week before my appointment) saying that they were cancelling my appointment because they are not contracted with AETNA HMO!! I waited 3 months for this appointment!! And yet I see him on my "IN NETWORK" list! Very disappointing!! I waited 3 months!!"
